Empath Health serves our community of veterans in a variety of ways. We have infused veterans care into all of our various services: Hospice, Home Health, and Adult Day Center. We offer specialized end-of-life hospice care with counseling, honor services, veteran-to-veteran volunteers, provide an Adult Day Center specially designed for veterans, All-inclusive senior care, palliative care, and sexual health and wellness.

We also provide specialized volunteer opportunities for veterans to serve other veterans.
